My son had a short stint with braces for a crossbite. We were referred by our dentist and we were no disappointed. He got his braces on same day as the consult and appointments were easy to schedule, including for breaks or repairs. Staff is super friendly and on-time. Would definitely recommend for services in Hilo!

The staff and Dr.Miyai are amazing. Any issue I had with my braces was addressed within a day or 2. Every time I walked into the clinic or even called I was addressed by my first name. No wait times at all! While this place was a little bit more expensive than other quotes I received for braces, it was totally worth the money. I would highly recommend them!

My daughter has been seeing Dr.Timothy Agee a new doctor who just joined Hawai’i Smile Designs. I’m so happy with the care she has received. The doctor is patient and kind. The assistants are great, they explain to me in detail the procedures that are being done and provide clear after care instructions. Would definitely recommend HSD for your orthodontic needs.

hawaii smile designs had some of the nicest staff I met. they were efficient, kind, and knew what to do through time. I had a difficult journey because of my front teeth, but Dr. Miyai and his staff got it done and it went by fast. from a crooked smile to a smile that was straight and made me more confident, Hawaii smiles did it best.

Hawai’i Smile Designs was an amazing resource for my son’s orthodontic treatment. They were professional, efficient, and always kind.
