My daughter has been seeing Dr.Timothy Agee a new doctor who just joined Hawai’i Smile Designs. I’m so happy with the care she has received. The doctor is patient and kind. hawaii smile designs had some of the nicest staff I met. they were efficient, kind, and knew what to do through time. I had a difficult journey because of my front teeth, but Dr. Miyai and his staff got it done and it went by fast. from a crooked smile to a smile that was straight and made me more confident, Hawaii smiles did it best.

I’m amazed by the transformation! I had malocclusion, and being from Japan, I was unsure about dental procedures in America. I visited Hawaii Smile Designs and met Dr. Vergara. From the start, his professionalism reassured me, and he confidently promised a great smile. I quickly decided to proceed. The second visit, though brief, was a bit uncomfortable with the braces, but Dr. Vergara’s reassurance made it easier. I highly recommend Dr. Vergara for orthodontic work; he’s truly amazing! I really appreciate how special they make their patients feel.I just started my Spark aligners and I couldn’t be more thrilled. They’re really low profile, I’m really impressed. The treatment with Spark at this office is addressing way more of my concerns and desired outcome than had I went with the 1st consult I had at another office. Though my treatment is a little pricey, I know I’m saving $$ in the end by doing the right treatment at the right place from the very beginning 🙂

Dr. Conmy and team are absolutely incredible - professional, gentle, friendly, and so 2030! My son had been seeing Dr. Conmy since he was five years old in preparation for braces. Throughout the entire process they were clear about what to expect, frequently answered many questions and my son quickly felt safe and comfortable with Doc and the aunties. I had a very good experience at Smile designs. As a visitor to Maui with a very painful problem with my braces I was desperate for some relief. The folks at Smile were able to see me promptly and resolve my problem and they did it at no charge. This demonstrates a level of character that is rare these days. I’ve been coming here for about 3 years. The team is always so nice and they are true professionals!I came in because I thought they could fix my chipped front tooth. Turns out, they do not offer this service. Samantha recommended Dr Baxter at Kahului Dental . I went over there right after my appointment at HSD and they saw me right away and fixed my front tooth! Poke Wire? No more...was on the first day of my 2 week vacation when my top wire started 'poke'ing my cheek. Super bummed as it was really affecting my eating experience in paradise. One phone call and I was in the next day where April and Dr. Verga repositioned the wire, handed me some bees wax and I was on my way. Super happy now. Mahola and big Aloha to the front office for squeezing me in on short notice.

Had an emergency with a wire coming loose and hurting our 13 year old's gums to a point where he could barely eat. We're visiting from Chicago and Hawaii Smile Designs accommodated us in the morning when we called.Worth noting is that a couple of other places that we called could not help for various reasons.The point to stress here besides the accommodation and resolution of the problem is just how friendly, understanding and helpful they were.Highly recommended.Hawaii Smile Designs really saved our vacation as I don't know what would have happened otherwise. Thank you!!!!
